cool blog, I was diagnosed with tinnitus just last month but to be honest I probably had it for years but just didnt notice it. Im only 20 and blame the usage of my music playing loud everyday for the tinnitus. I hope one day there will be a cure until than im glad there is support and people who understand what others cannot.

Hi ,
Ihave been suffering from tinitus for quite a while now.It so happened that l was hit hit hard by malaria back in Africa. This was in 1996.The docter who attended me ,put me on a quinine drip for 24 hour became well ,but then been having a ringing sound in both ears.
I am using this blog to ask as to whether there is any proven cure out there for this condition .Its bothering me and l cannot concentrate on anything.

I find your findings of what a tinnitus suffer should eat very well written. You point out some great points. But you and I know to get people to start off with your diet. Many will not stick to it. I give people A slow process of changing their diet. One by drinking a grass of water before they eat each meal. This is easy and plus it taste good. Then we ask them to pick one fruit that they like, and then drop one fast food. This is the natural way to start improve you over all health also slow down tinnitus.

Good post. The only thing that I would disagree with is that the vertigo attacks last 24 hours. Mine only last about an hour or two and I think that is about the norm.
